Banana Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250g of flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ litre milk
  • 2 ripe medium-sized bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • A pinch of salt

Equipment

  • a bowl
  • a fork.
  • a frying pan
  • a metal spoon

Method
 

  1. Mash bananas into a bowl until they are smooth.
  2. Break the eggs and beat them with a fork.
  3. Sieve the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. Add in sugar to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Fold in bananas with dry ingredients .
  6. Make a well at the center of the flour.
  7. Add in beaten egg and some milk, mix to a thick batter and beat well
  8. Continue beating and adding in milk until dropping consistency is formed.
  9. Heat a little oil in a frying pan .
  10. Drop in mixture in spoonfuls from the end of a metal spoon to form neatrounds.
  11. Cook till bubbles start to form on upper side and underside is golden brown
  12. Cook second side till golden brown
  13. When cool serve pancakes in a stack with slices of bananas
