- ● Pour the yoghurt in a bowl.
- ● Add honey (or sugar) and vanilla essence to the bowl.
- ● Mix well until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- ● Add preferred toppings
- ● Gently fold in the chopped fruits and nuts to your mixture.
- ● Line a flat tray or baking dish with parchment paper or clean plasticwrap.
- ● Pour the yoghurt mixture into the tray and spread evenly (about 1–2 cm thick).
- ● Sprinkle extra fruits, nuts, or chocolate on top.
- ● Freeze
- ● Place in the freezer for 4–6 hours or until fully firm.
- ● Cut and serve
- ● Remove from the freezer.
- ● Lift out and cut into bars or squares.
