● Pour the yoghurt in a bowl.
● Add honey (or sugar) and vanilla essence to the bowl.
● Mix well until a smooth mixture is obtained.
● Add preferred toppings
● Gently fold in the chopped fruits and nuts to your mixture.
● Line a flat tray or baking dish with parchment paper or clean plasticwrap.
● Pour the yoghurt mixture into the tray and spread evenly (about 1–2 cm thick).
● Sprinkle extra fruits, nuts, or chocolate on top.
● Freeze
● Place in the freezer for 4–6 hours or until fully firm.
● Cut and serve
● Remove from the freezer.
● Lift out and cut into bars or squares.
