- Mix the flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk carefully
- Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until thebatter is smooth and thick.
- Grease a frying pan with a little butter and set it over medium-lowheat.
- Use a large spoon to put the batter onto the pan in small circle or ovalshapes.
- Once bubbles appear, flip the scones over
- Cook the other side for 1 minute until golden.
