How to prepare egg sandwitch recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg or sliced tomato if you prefer no egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: onions cheese, mayonnaise,cucumber or avocado

Method
 

  1. If using an egg, boil or fry it and slice it.
  2. Spread butter or margarine on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place the egg slices (or tomato) on one slice of bread.
  4. Add salt and any optional ingredients you like.
  5. Cover with the second slice of bread.
  6. Cut into halves and serve.
