Bread Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of soft bread
  • Filling of choice:Scrambled eggs / sausage / chicken / beans
  • Sliced tomatoes, onions, lettuce
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Butter or margarine (optional)
  • Mayonnaise or sauce (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 Rolling Pin

Method
 

  1. Trim off the crusts from the bread slices (optional but helps rolling).
  2. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin until thin.
  3. Lightly spread butter or mayo on the bread.
  4. Place your filling across one side of the bread and don’t overfill.
  5. Roll it tightly like a wrap.
  6. Optional: Toast lightly on a pan for 1–2 minutes to seal and crisp.
  7. Slice it in half and serve.
